If you have insurance, we will help you determine the benefits you have available. Professional care is
provided to  you, our  client, not to an insurance company. Thus we ask you to be responsible for your
dental care. We  will  assist  you  in  whatever  way possible to complete your claim forms and handle
insurance  questions  that  may  arise.  We  often  ask  that  you  assign  these  partial  benefits  to us.
